PROJECT “Pagsasanay, Seremonya, at Parangal”


PROJECT SUMARY


“Pagsasanay, Seremonya, at Parangal” is a training designed to equip the personnel of 3rd Mobile Force Company with skills and knowledge in rendering special services as to the need of foyers, vigil guards, commercial guards, volley firer, parading elements during PNP Drills, Ceremonies, Protocols and Socials, to the battalion and to the higher Head Quarters said activity is created in addition to the functions and mandates of 3rd MFC. Moreover, it is an activity in which its other purpose is to refresh or to re-train participants (especially new members of RMFB) with the Knowledge on Drills and Ceremonies.


PROJECT OBJECTIVES

1. Provide quality services during drills, ceremonies, protocol and social

2. To train and guide the participants to execute the drills properly.

3. Promote team work and discipline to every personnel as drills purposely teach a precise and orderly way of doing things

4. To instill leadership and confidence to each participant through execution of exercises and routines that will allow them to form and move a large group of people with precision and accuracy.

5. Cultivate to each participant the full alertness and presence of mind not only during the conduct of drills but at all times as these attributes of character are essential to the members of the PNP.

6. To enable the new members/personnel of RMFB to understand and employ the importance of interaction through cognitive response and empathic interaction.


PROJECT DETAILS


PHASE I – Preparation

1. Drafting of the proposed program.

2. Meeting/Discussion of the Battalion for the proposed plan of the project; and

3. Approval of the program by the Battalion Commander, RMFB.

PHASE II – Execution:

1. Selection and issuance of order to participants who will undergo the program;

2. Selection and issuance of order to skilled Training staff; and

3. Opening/Execution of the Program.

PHASE III – Monitoring and Evaluation:

1. Monitoring of the project.

2. Conduct of Survey and Assessment on the Project’s impact; and

3. Submission of Survey and Assessment Report to the Battalion Commander, RPSB.
