MANDATE

1st MFC is tasks to provide additional personnel to secure Vital Installations such as the Philippine National Railways (PNR) and International School of Manila (ISM) at Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. Likewise, this company provides Police Assistance in Implementing two (2) Special Laws; Anti Truck Overloading Mobile Enforcement (RA 8794) and Anti-Pilferage and Theft of Electricity Power transmission Lines/ materials act of 1994 (RA 7832) and detail personnel as Bus Marshals from Baclaran to Shaw and Beat Patroller at DOST Circle and Upper Bicutan fixed post.

“Enhancement Training on Handcuffing, Handgun Familiarization, Gun Safety and Marksmanship


PROJECT SUMMARY

This project consists of three (3) parts:

1.Handcuffing Techniques;

2.Handgun Familiarization; and

3.Marksmanship to be participated by all personnel assigned to different beat areas, vital installations and security to law enforcement manned by this company.


1.The proposed conduct of Enhancement Training on Handcuffing, Handgun Familiarization, Gun Safety and Marksmanship as Best Practice of this Company aim to enhance and refresh our personnel skills in handcuffing techniques, handgun familiarization, gun safety and marksmanship needed by the personnel in their field duties securing such vital installations and beat areas as well as while enforcing laws.

2. The endeavour prepares our personnel’s confidence and preparedness in any crisis response to any type of incidents they may encounter during their tour of duties or in their presence.

The Skills Enhancement Trainings will undertake the following activities:

I. Handcuffing Techniques Demonstration

a. Standing

b. Kneeling

c. Prone

II. Handgun Familiarization and Gun Safety Lectures

a. Gun Safety Lecture

b. Identification of gun parts

c. Assemble and Disassemble of issued Firearm

III. Marksmanship

a. Dry Firing

b. Live Firing
